3.0.0 supporting Misto

Completely overhauled and updated. Now using platformio configurations.
This release supports the Misto sensor (www.sensorwebben.se), the setup and real software that uses local MQTT communication.

• Added cal-factor to the configfile at setup and used from the file
• Added DHTTYPE to the configfile at setup and used from the file at runtime

• Changed behavior for failed MQTT at setup. Now it will hang with lit LED until reset
