Updated dependencies to remove high level vulnerabilities listed by npm audit. Added chai-datetime plugin to test temporal types in mocha/chai
Modularizing the parser code. Removed the type typeInfoId, due to flow error when passing integer.
Ignoring test folder from flow type check (temporarily?)
