When adding new apis to the openapi spec, stainless tries to be helpful and guess what the config should be to hook up to those api routes.
Unfortunately this means things can get added in the wrong ways, or sometimes get added when we are not ready to expose them.
This stops them from doing this auto magic work and enforces us to maintain the stainless config.
