- Added dedicated README.md files for each package (core, Asp, Asp.ApiVersioning) with improved structure, installation, and usage instructions
- Enhanced main README with badges, clearer examples, and updated dashboard instructions
- Updated .csproj files to reference correct README paths
- Marked SampleConsoleSLI as non-packable
- Replaced prometheus.jpg with aspire.jpg and updated documentation references
- Removed obsolete Grafana dashboard JSON and grafana.cmd script
- Documentation is now clearer, more modular, and easier to navigate for each package
