- Implement `extract_xi_acf()` and `extract_xi_ccf()` to convert specific pairs from a `xi_matrix` into `xi_acf`/`xi_ccf` S3 objects. - Add optional `x_raw` parameter to safely recalculate and merge standard linear ACF/CCF metrics. - Add `na.rm = TRUE` to linear metric layers in `autoplot.xi_acf.R` and `autoplot.xi_ccf.R` to suppress missing value warnings when linear data is intentionally omitted.
