Remove 6 unused Babel devDependencies (babel-preset-es2015, babel-core, babel-preset-stage-0, @babel/plugin-proposal-private-property-in-object, @babel/plugin-transform-runtime, babel-plugin-react-require) and apply npm audit fixes. Add serialize-javascript override (^7.0.3) to resolve transitive vulnerability in terser-webpack-plugin. 0 vulnerabilities remaining. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
