Added tooltips to the location and send message buttons in the RoomInputBar component. This addresses the "Missing tooltips for icon-only buttons" UX issue.

  • Location Button: Shows "Share location" on hover.
  • Send Button: Shows "Send message" on hover if text is present, or "Type a message to send" if the input is empty (explaining the disabled state).

These changes improve accessibility and provide helpful feedback to the user.

This commit adds tooltips to the icon-only "Location" and "Send Message" buttons in the room input bar.
- The "Send Message" button now has a dynamic tooltip that says "Send message" when there is text to send, and "Type a message to send" when the input is empty, explaining why the button is disabled.
- The "Location" button now has a "Share location" tooltip.

This improves accessibility and UX by clarifying the purpose of these icon-only buttons.
